Use of Service

By using Drywall Desk, you agree to use the application for legitimate estimating and business purposes only. You must not use the service for any unlawful activity or in any way that could damage our systems or interfere with other users.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. One person per account — sharing login credentials is not permitted.

Plans & Limits

Free trial accounts are limited to 5 saved estimates. PDFs generated on the free plan include a watermark. Paid plans ("Contractor" and "Pro") remove the watermark and increase or remove record limits. Invoice management is a Pro-tier feature only. Plan details are described on our pricing page.

Estimates Are Non-Binding

Estimates created with Drywall Desk are estimating tools only. They are not guaranteed quotes, binding offers, or certified takeoffs. You are responsible for verifying all measurements, material quantities, and pricing before presenting them to your clients.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Drywall Desk application, its design, and its code are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service. Your estimate and invoice data remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

Drywall Desk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to inaccurate estimates or lost data.
