Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode) and your session for authentication. No tracking cookies or analytics services are used.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Logos and documents you upload are stored on our servers and included in generated PDFs.

Your Rights

You can view, edit, or delete your estimates, invoices, and company profile at any time through the application. To delete your entire account, contact us. You may request a copy of your data for export.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Postmark for email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your personal data, estimates, and invoices will be permanently removed within 90 days. Invoice records may be retained longer if required by applicable tax laws.
